How do I order from Everybody Eats?

It’s easy to order delicious, gluten free food from Everybody Eats. There are three options: 1) Telephone us (718-369-7444) and we will personally take your order and answer any questions you may have. 2) E-mail. Include your complete billing and shipping (if different) addresses, and telephone number. We will call you for credit card information. 3) Website. You can set up an account, order, and pay directly on line.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide via UPS. Shipping rates are determined according to weight, zip code, and the kind of service required.

Which items are shipped frozen?

All pasta products are "fresh pasta" and so are shipped frozen in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs. Regular baked goods do not require frozen shipping. You can freeze them upon receipt and they will keep perfectly well for six months or more.

What are the packaging fees?

There is a packaging fee of $4 on shipments of regular baked goods, regardless of the size of the shipment. There is a packaging fee of $10 for frozen orders (to cover the cost of the cooler), regardless of the size of the shipment. You may want to keep in mind that it is always more economical to ship several items at once.

Do you make gluten free party cakes for special occasions?

We sure do! Please see our Party Cakes page. Decorated party cakes are too delicate for shipment. We deliver them into Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and they can also be picked up at our kitchen facility in Brooklyn.

Is there a minimum order for retail customers?

No, but keep in mind it is always much more economical to ship several items at once, especially if you have freezer room to store them. Packaging charges remain the same regardless of the size of the order, and shipping rates per pound go down as the weight of the shipment increases.

Do prices include tax?

There is no tax on baked goods in New York State.
